Who is selling

The products on this site are sold by Francisco Emir Murad, Argentine tax ID (CUIT) 20-48773040-9, with address at Aragón 6050, Mar del Plata, Buenos Aires Province, Argentina. Contact: contactofranmurad@gmail.com.

What you are buying

A digital file in PDF format, for download, in the language you choose at checkout (English or Spanish). It is not a course, it does not include live classes, and it does not include personal support or review of your work, unless the product page expressly says so.

The number of pages, chapters and included materials is shown on each product's page, and that is what is delivered.

How it is delivered

Payments in Argentine pesos are processed by Mercado Pago, whose checkout page is shown in Spanish. Before paying, you enter the email address where you want to receive the book. As soon as Mercado Pago confirms the payment, a personal download link arrives at that address, valid for 30 days and up to 25 downloads. Save the PDF to your device.

Purchases in US dollars (USD): when that option is enabled, payment is processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the authorized reseller (merchant of record): it charges you, issues the receipt and calculates any taxes that apply in your country. Lemon Squeezy emails you access to the book in both editions, English and Spanish, and its buyer terms also apply to those purchases.

The language of the ebook and of the delivery email is the one you chose when buying, and it is stored with your order.

If it hasn't arrived after a few hours, check your promotions and spam folders, and then write to me at contactofranmurad@gmail.com: I'll resend the file by hand.

Price and currency

Prices are shown on each product's page. Depending on the payment method and your country, taxes, surcharges or currency conversions charged by your bank or the platform may apply, and they are not part of the price I publish.

Permitted use

Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable license with no time limit to read the material and apply it in your work, including projects you do for your clients.

What it does not promise

The material is educational. It teaches processes for working with artificial intelligence and selling what you do. It does not guarantee that you'll get clients or earn income. Results depend on your execution, your market and the effort you put in. No earnings projections or guaranteed-result cases are offered.

The tools, prices and plans mentioned are those current at the time of the edition and may change. Each book includes an annex with the official links so you can verify each fact at the source.

Updates

If I publish a corrected version of the book you bought, you receive it at no cost at the same email address. The version number and revision date appear in the PDF itself.

Refunds

You have 14 calendar days to request a refund. The details are in the refund policy.

Changes to these terms

I may update these terms. The version that applies to your purchase is the one published on the day you bought, and the last-updated date appears above.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the ordinary courts of the Judicial Department of Mar del Plata, Buenos Aires Province, Argentina.

This does not limit or replace the rights granted to you by consumer protection rules: if you buy as a consumer, you may file a claim with the authority or courts those rules allow, including those of your own place of residence or of your country.
