The summary

If you buy an ebook, read it and it doesn't help you, request a refund within 14 calendar days of the purchase and I'll give you your money back. You don't need to justify anything or fill in any form.

How long the money takes to come back

The refund is processed by the payment platform, not by me directly. The time depends on the platform and on your bank or card. As a reference, it usually takes anywhere from a few days to a full billing cycle.

This store's payment platform is Mercado Pago, and its own refund timeframe is listed in its help center. If that platform had a shorter refund window than these 14 days, I'll still cover it through whatever means is appropriate: the 14-day commitment is mine, not the platform's.

For purchases in US dollars made through Lemon Squeezy, the refund is processed by Lemon Squeezy at my request, within the same 14-day window.

What happens to the file

Since it's a digital file, there's nothing to return physically. I ask you, in good faith, to delete your copy and not share it. The download link is deactivated automatically when the refund is processed.

Cases where it doesn't apply

• Requests made after 14 calendar days from the purchase.
• Purchases made with an email address different from the one making the request, when I can't verify the transaction.
• Redistribution of the file: if the ebook was shared or published, no refund applies.

Right of withdrawal

This policy coexists with the rights given to you by the consumer protection rules of your country, and doesn't replace or limit them. If the law in your jurisdiction gives you a better timeframe or condition, the law applies.

You can also request it with the withdrawal button, without an account: you instantly get a code that identifies your request.
